Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to make it right.
Returns We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in its original sealed packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at Support@gggalleria.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Skin Reactions & Sensitivities We understand that skincare is personal. If you experience an adverse skin reaction to any of our products, please contact us immediately at Support@gggalleria.com. We'll work with you individually to find the best resolution.
Damages & Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please include a photo of the issue so we can evaluate and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exchanges We're happy to help you find the right product. To exchange an item, contact us at Support@gggalleria.com and we'll guide you through the process. Alternatively, you may return your unopened item and place a new order for the product you'd like.
Non-Returnable Items Due to the nature of skincare, cosmetics, and wellness products, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or are no longer in their original sealed packaging. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have questions about a specific product before purchasing, please don't hesitate to reach out.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, we aim to process your refund within 3–5 business days of receiving your return. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at Support@gggalleria.com.
